Information for ORAL presentation

  • Contributed presentations are scheduled for maximum 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A session)
  • Keynote speakers are scheduled for maximum 30 minutes (25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A session).

 


Published presentation times must be maintained because attendees base their itineraries on the program schedule. Talks must not start late or extend past their scheduled conclusion.

Speaker Preparation: Authors should upload their presentation on the available PC no later than the “break” immediately preceding their scheduled presentation. The break is defined as: the time before the first morning talk, during the morning coffee break, during the lunch break or during the afternoon coffee break. Please bring your presentation on a flash drive in ppt, pptx or pdf format. Avoid using your own laptop. All presentations will be deleted from the hard drive.

 

Information for POSTER presentation

The poster screens will fit A0 size posters in standing/portrait format (i.e., ca 120 cm long and 90 cm wide).

The Advisory board of Organic Battery Days will award a prize for the two best young researcher posters (150 € each from our sponsor ISE Division 3 "Electrochemical Energy Conversion and Storage")
